Most definitely this is the best homemade brownie I’ve ever made, and I do not want to change this recipe. This chocolate treat is not only super simple to make, but also moist, soft and dense.

Directions
I love elegant, fancy, creative desserts, but sometimes during the winter time, all I really need is a cozy place on the warm couch, a little good music, and a homemade dark chocolate brownie with a cup of milk. Why complicate something so deliciously simple?
Let’s get started:
- In a bowl mix together flour, cacao powder, salt. Set aside.
- Place the dark chocolate and butter in a heat-proof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir until fully melted, then remove from the heat.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar, then mix together. – your brownie becomes MOIST!
- Gradually pour in the melted chocolate.
- Gently fold the flour, cocoa powder into the mixture with a rubber spatula.
- Pour the batter into a cake pan which has baking paper.
- Arrange your raspberries, after next to the other, leaving some space between each other.
- Put it into the oven and bake at 180 C degrees for 30 minutes.
- Get out the brownie from the oven and allow it to cool completely while still in the pan.
Boooooon Appetit!
