Directions
Fastest breakfast :
1. Wash, peel, and cut into slices the banana.
2. Place in the blender bananas, frozen berries, milk, yogurt.
3. You have to add Water because it will be a little bit thick. You can use Orange Juicy also.
Serve right now!
Protein-n-n-n full.
