Directions
1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until creamy.
2. Remove and serve immediately.
3. Top with nuts, fruits if desired.
TIP :
Frozen bananas in particular help thicken smoothies and smoothie bowls really well so I always keep them on hand in my freezer. One tip- peel the bananas first before freezing them otherwise it will be almost impossible to get the peel off!
