This vegetarian sandwich featuring mozzarella, tomato, pesto, and spinach all on a freshly baked croissant is the perfect meal.

Directions
Good Morning Sunshine!
- Everything is prepared, everything is on the table.
- Slice horizontally the croissant.
- Spread a half tablespoon of pesto on just one of the croissant halves, and place a few spinach leaves on it.
- Put one slice of mozzarella and one slice of tomato, as you can see in the picture.
- Top with extra pesto.
- Cover with remaining croissant halves.
