Matcha Crinkle Cookie

Soft matcha cookies with a sweet and crispy exterior and slightly fudgy centre.

You ready for these DeliciosDeliciousness?

Ingredients

  • Granulated White Sugar: 

    1/2 cups = 100 grams

  • Flour: 

    1½ cup = 192 grams

  • Baking Powder: 

    1 teaspoon

  • Matcha powder: 

    10 grams

  • Egg: 

    2

  • Butter: 

    1/4 cup = 57 grams

Directions

Here I give you some instructions how to make these crinkle cookies:

  1. Add the flour, sugar, matcha powder and baking powder in a mixing bowl, whisk to combine.
  2. Add the melted butter and egg, mix well with a spatula.
  3. Roll into 5-20 balls and place into the freezer for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
  5. Remove from freezer and roll each ball in icing sugar.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper bake for 12 minutes.
  7. Remove, cool and enjoy your bite.
