Radish Spring Sandwich

Category: Breakfast Tags: Avocado, Eggs, Parmesan Cheese, Radish, Smoked Salmon, Spinach

Healthy and lovely. Fresh radish and a-a-a-vocado .

Yummm.

Ingredients

  • Bread: 

    2 slices

  • Butter: 

    – to spread on the bread

  • Parmesan cheese: 

    6 slices

  • Spinach: 

    8 leaves

  • Avocado: 

    1

  • Lime juice: 

    1/2 lime's juice

  • Garlic Cloves: 

    1/2

  • Olive Oil: 

    1 1/2 teaspoon

  • Smoked Salmon: 

    6 thin slices

  • Radish: 

    2

  • Egg: 

    2

  • Flax seeds: 

    – topping

  • Oregano: 

    – topping

  • Sesame seeds: 

    – topping

  • Salt: 

    – a pinch

  • Black pepper: 

    – a pinch

Directions

Breakfast Time ~

  1. Place your slices of bread on the prepared plate.
  2. Spread butter on it.
  3. Place 2-3 slices of parmesan cheese and spinach leaves on it.
  4. Place the avocado in a bowl and add the garlic, lime juice, salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Mash with a fork to the desired consistency.
  6. Spread on the toast.
  7. Place some smoked salmon thin slices and radish on the smashed avocado.
  8. Arrange the boiled egg.
  9. Ready! Serve with olives, oregano and red pepper flakes, chili. (optional)
