Parmesan cheese: 
6 slices

Spinach: 
8 leaves

Avocado:

Lime juice: 
1/2 lime's juice

Garlic Cloves: 
1/2

Olive Oil: 
1 1/2 teaspoon

Smoked Salmon: 
6 thin slices

Radish: 
2

Egg: 
2

Flax seeds: 
– topping

Oregano: 
– topping

Sesame seeds: 
– topping

Salt: 
– a pinch

Black pepper: 
– a pinch
Directions
Breakfast Time ~
- Place your slices of bread on the prepared plate.
- Spread butter on it.
- Place 2-3 slices of parmesan cheese and spinach leaves on it.
- Place the avocado in a bowl and add the garlic, lime juice, salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
- Mash with a fork to the desired consistency.
- Spread on the toast.
- Place some smoked salmon thin slices and radish on the smashed avocado.
- Arrange the boiled egg.
- Ready! Serve with olives, oregano and red pepper flakes, chili. (optional)
