Pesto Mozzarella Croissant

Want a quick breakfast you can grab and go?

This vegetarian sandwich featuring mozzarella, tomato, pesto, and spinach all on a freshly baked croissant is the perfect meal.

Ingredients

  • Croissant: 

    1

  • Pesto: 

    1 tablespoon

  • Spinach: 

    5-6 leaves

  • Mozzarella: 

    3 slices

  • Tomato: 

    3 slices

Directions

Good Morning Sunshine! 

  1. Everything is prepared, everything is on the table.
  2. Slice horizontally the croissant.
  3. Spread a half tablespoon of pesto on just one of the croissant halves, and place a few spinach leaves on it.
  4. Put one slice of mozzarella and one slice of tomato, as you can see in the picture.
  5. Top with extra pesto.
  6. Cover with remaining croissant halves.

Enjoy this deliciousness-s-s-s.
