Chocolate-Dipped Sugar Cookies

Do you like white chocolate?

If yes, let’s bake these tasty cookies.

Ingredients

  • Flour: 

    300 grams

  • Butter: 

    200 grams

  • Powdered Sugar: 

    100 grams

  • Egg yolk: 

    1

  • Salt: 

    – a pinch

  • Vanilla Extract: 

    1 teaspoon

  • White Chocolate: 

    150-200 grams

  • Dried Cranberries: 

    –

  • Pistachio: 

    –

Directions

Let’s have some fun baking these cookies.

  1. I usually make the dough in a food processor. Place all the ingredients in it, then pulse until a dough has formed.
  2. Chill the dough, the cookies will bake better if the dough is chilled. I usually let the dough in the fridge overnight in an airtight container.
  3. Roll a handful of the dough out on a prepared surface and cut out shapes with the circle-shaped cookie cutter.
  4. Use a mini cookie cutter to cut the center hole into half of the cookies.
  5. Bake at 180 C degrees for 10 minutes depending on the size of the cookie.
  6. Do not over-bake!
  7. In a small bowl, melt white chocolate until smooth.
  8. Dip each cooled cookie into melted chocolate and sprinkle with cranberries, pistachio chunks, or with whatever you want.
  9. Place on waxed paper until chocolate is set.
