Ingredients

Bread:

Butter: 
– to spread on the bread

Avocado:

Lime juice: 
1 tablespoon

Olive Oil: 
1/2 teaspoon

Egg:

Prosciutto: 
– 1 slice

Salt: 
– a pinch

Black pepper: 
– a pinch

Chili: 
– additional

Spring Onion: 
– additional
Directions
Can’t get enough! Can’t, can’t, can’t!
- Spread butter on a slice of bread.
- Place the avocado in a bowl and lime juice, salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
- Mash with a fork to the desired consistency.
- Spread on the toast.
- Meanwhile, boil one egg: 6 minutes: liquidy yolk and soft white.
- Once the egg has cooked, immediately place them in an ice-water bath to stop them from cooking and maintain its perfect texture.
- Cut into half, arrange on the top of the avocado.
- Place between the eggs one rolled Prosciutto Slice.
- Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and spring onion.
- Oregano and chili are additional.
