Raspberry White Chocolate Blondies

I have heard many times about Blondies . . .  Blondies up and down. I said, okay, let’s try them out.

And woooow, I just Love them, and Love their texture! – Buttery soft golden bars . Yammyammmm!

Each Blondie Bar is a bliss!

Ingredients

  • Butter: 

    1 cup = 227 grams

  • Brown Sugar: 

    2 cups = 340 grams

  • Egg: 

    2

  • Vanilla Extract: 

    1 teaspoon

  • Salt: 

    a pinch

  • Flour: 

    2 cups = 256 grams

  • White Chocolate Chips: 

    1/2 cup = 90 grams

  • Raspberry: 

    2 cups = 250 grams

  • Almond Flakes: 

    1/2 cup = 45 grams

Directions

White Chocolate and Raspberry combination is Just NO WORDS NEEDED!

Let’s bake happy!

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 Celsius, and prepare a square baking pan with baking paper. Set aside.
  2. Melt the butter, then combine it with the sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Fold in flour until totally incorporated.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips or chunks.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top.
  6. Top with raspberries and flaked almonds.
  7. Bake this beautiful Blondie 40 minutes until golden and set in the middle.
  8. Let it cool completely in the pan.
  9. It’s time for cutting it and Eat Eat Eat!

P.S. You can use any kind of fruit, your favourite one!
